The organization is non-profit, membership is voluntary, and the board and officers serve without pay.
Membership and board service is open to everyone regardless of race, religion, national origin, sex, age,
or physical handicap. The PWFAA goal is to provide a consistently high level of entertainment and education in the arts
to the schools and communities at large of Houston and surrounding counties,
promoting cultural awareness and understanding. Programs are selected to further these goals.

 

Mission Statement:

The Piney Woods Fine Arts Association is dedicated to the promotion and awareness of performing
and visual arts to enrich the lives of all the people of Houston County and the surrounding areas.
