Youth Talent Showcase
One of Piney Woods longest traditions is the Houston County Youth Talents Showcase.  Started in theSpring of 1991, Piney Woods has produced this annual event for the youth of Houston County and their families.  Each Spring students are invited to audition for this performing arts showcase held at the Crockett Civic Center.  Students present a variety of dances, vocal, instrumental and theatrical performances.
