Latecomers: To minimize disruption, latecomers are seated at appropriate intervals in the performance, at the direction and discretion of the artists.
Your Reserved Seat is not guaranteed if you arrive after a performance begins. You will be seated in the closest available seat to the door. You may move to your reserved seat at intermission.
Groups: We welcome all groups of 20 or more by offering a special discount. Seating is based on availability. Enjoy a performance with family, friends, business associates or club members. Call the office for more information.
Special Needs: We make every effort to accommodate requests from persons with special needs. Notify our box office of any such requests at the time tickets are purchased. The Crockett Civic Center is wheelchair accessible.
Cell Phones: Using a cell phone during a performance is very disrespectful to the audience and the performers. We ask if you must make a call or respond to a text please step into the lobby during a break in the performance. Otherwise please silence your cell phones during the performance.
Fragrances: Heavy fragrances (perfumes and colognes) can be distracting and cause allergic reactions for some patrons. Please be considerate of others.
Head wear: Please be thoughtful of the patrons behind you. Remove all hats during the performance.
Stay Informed: We encourage you to visit our website and add your E-mail address to our mailing list, so we can keep you better informed.

Due to the nature of live performing arts, all programs, artists, dates, times, and prices are subject to change. If this occurs, we will try to notify you as soon as possible. E-mail is our preferred method of communication. Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases of canceled events which are not re-scheduled.
Everyone who attends a performance, regardless of age, must have a ticket and sit in a seat. If you are unsure of a performance’s suitability for children, call 936-544-4276.
